Deposit:
How does the reservation deposit work?
To ensure fair appointment opportunities for all patients, we require a 6.5 USD reservation deposit before confirming your visit.
Here's how it works:
- Pay the deposit: Submit 6.5 USD when requesting your appointment
- Hospital confirms: The hospital reviews your preferred date and time
- Get confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email once approved
- Visit & pay: At your appointment, pay the treatment fee minus the ₩10,000 deposit
Example: If your treatment costs ₩200,000, you only pay ₩190,000 at the hospital (since you already paid ₩10,000 as deposit).
*If the clinic or hospital does not confirm your appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
*For Medical Appointments:
After your appointment is confirmed by the clinic or hospital, refunds will be processed according to the following circumstances.
Full Refund (100%):
- Cancel up to 1 day before your appointment
No Refund:
- Same-day cancellation
- No-show (missing your appointment)
Free Reschedule:
- You can change your appointment date/time on the same day at no charge
- Important: Once your scheduled time has passed, you cannot reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded
We will notify you if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@thepylonclub.com.

Как работает депозит при бронировании?
Чтобы все пациенты имели равные возможности для записи, мы требуем депозит в размере 10 000 ₩ перед подтверждением визита.
Как это работает:
- Оплатите депозит: внесите 10 000 ₩ при запросе записи
- Подтверждение клиники: клиника проверяет выбранные вами дату и время
- Получите подтверждение: после одобрения вы получите подтверждающее письмо
- Визит и оплата: на приёме оплатите стоимость лечения за вычетом депозита
Пример: если лечение стоит 200 000 ₩, вы оплачиваете только 190 000 ₩ в клинике, так как 10 000 ₩ уже внесли как депозит.
*Если клиника не подтверждает запись, депозит возвращается.
Политика отмены и возврата средств
*Для медицинских приёмов:
После подтверждения вашей записи клиникой, возврат средств осуществляется в следующих случаях.
Полный возврат (100%):
- Отмена за 1 день до приёма
Без возврата:
- Отмена в день приёма
- Неявка
Бесплатная перенастройка:
- Можно изменить дату/время приёма в тот же день без оплаты
- Важно: после того как назначенное время прошло, перенастройка невозможна и депозит не возвращается
*Для туров и туристических продуктов:
Для туристических продуктов действует отдельная политика возврата:
Полный возврат (100%):
- Отмена за 7 дней или более до даты поездки
50% возврат:
- Отмена за 5 дней до даты поездки
Без возврата:
- Отмена за 2 дня или меньше до даты поездки
- Неявка на встречу в день выезда
Мы уведомим вас, если возврат был одобрен или нет.
Если возврат одобрен, средства будут автоматически возвращены на исходный способ оплаты в течение 10 рабочих дней. Учтите, что вашему банку или кредитной компании может потребоваться дополнительное время для обработки и зачисления средств.

01. Booking & Check-in
Book your appointment via The Pylon Square - For inquiries, tap blue Chat button at the bottom right corner!
- Appointments are required in advance.
*Walk-ins may experience wait times of 1 hour or more. - Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- Bring your passport or government-issued ID for verification.
02. Consultation & Payment
Start with a consultation with the weight-loss consultant to discuss goals and available programs.
- A consultation fee may occur, but it will be deducted from the cost of any treatments received.
- You will receive a cost explanation for your consultation and treatment.
- An on-site translator (English/Chinese) is available.

03. Changing Clothes
Before your treatment, change into the provided patient clothes
- Patient gowns & undergarments(disposable) are provided in the changing room.
- Please place your clothes and belongings in the provided closet
04. Body Assessment
Body assessment (Blood pressure, InBody analysis, 3D body scan, etc.) is conducted to understand your current condition.
- If needed, facial cleansing will be provided before treatment
- Meet with the doctor for a 1:1 detailed consultation and finalize your personalized program.
05. Treatments
After consultation and payment, your chosen program is administered by our medical team.
- Duration depends on the prescribed program (typically 40-60 minutes)
- Treatments are medical-grade, safe, and tailored to your needs.
06. Prescription & Medication
Before leaving, pick up your Medicine Prescription at the clinic reception.
- You can have your prescription filled at the nearby pharmacy. (Nearest: 1 floor)
- In compliance with Korean law, the clinic does not dispense medications directly.
- Depending on your treatments, you may receive recovery creams from the reception.

- ENDiet Clinic covers 2 hours of parking.
- After 2 hours, additional parking fee - ₩1,000 per 15 minutes.
