The director did the consultation and treatments himself. Very understanding and patient with my questions. It was my first time going to a korean traditional medicine clinic for skin treatments. Vibes are much more local and felt authentic. During the treatment I can feel he was feeling out my face to make sure how much pressure and where to apply. I recently visited 화접몽한의원 강남본점 and had such a good experience overall.
The clinic is really easy to get to, especially because it’s so close to the subway station, which made everything very convenient. Before going, I was a bit worried about the language barrier, but I honestly didn’t need to be. The doctor spoke English with me the entire time, and even the nurses made a big effort to communicate and make me feel comfortable. I never felt awkward or embarrassed about not speaking Korean, which meant a lot.
From the beginning, the team was very professional and attentive. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and guide me through everything. I initially went in because I was starting to notice deeper facial lines, and the doctor recommended skin boosters. I also ended up having several moles removed during the visit.
All of the procedures were done with the doctor and his team assisting throughout, always checking in to make sure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable. The first session was a bit long, mainly because of how thorough everything was. Between the consultation, numbing cream, skin booster application, calming mask, mole removal, and PDRN injections, it took around two hours in total.
Something I really appreciated is that they provided all the medication needed for recovery right there at the clinic, so I didn’t have to go out and find a pharmacy afterward.
I went back a week later for a follow-up to check how my skin and the mole removal areas were healing. Once again, the staff were kind and welcoming, and they also did an additional treatment using iontophoresis to further boost my skin.
Overall, I genuinely liked the whole experience. I felt well taken care of from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and attentive skin treatments.
