How does the reservation deposit work?

To ensure fair appointment opportunities for all patients, we require a ₩10,000 reservation deposit before confirming your visit.

Here's how it works:

  1. Pay the deposit: Submit ₩10,000 when requesting your appointment
  2. Hospital confirms: The hospital reviews your preferred date and time
  3. Get confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email once approved
  4. Visit & pay: At your appointment, pay the treatment fee minus the ₩10,000 deposit

Example: If your treatment costs ₩200,000, you only pay ₩190,000 at the hospital (since you already paid ₩10,000 as deposit).

*If the clinic or hospital does not confirm your appointment, the deposit will be refunded.

 



What is the cancellation and refund policy?

*For Medical Appointments:

After your appointment is confirmed by the clinic or hospital, refunds will be processed according to the following circumstances.


Full Refund (100%):

  • Cancel up to 1 day before your appointment

No Refund:

  • Same-day cancellation
  • No-show (missing your appointment)

Free Reschedule:

  • You can change your appointment date/time on the same day at no charge
  • Important: Once your scheduled time has passed, you cannot reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded


*For Travel & Tour Products:

Travel products follow a separate refund policy:

Full Refund (100%):

  • Cancel 7 days or more before the travel date

50% Refund:

  • Cancel 5 days before the travel date

No Refund:

  • Cancel 2 days or less before the travel date
  • No-show (not arriving at the meeting point on time on the day of departure)

 

We will notify you if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
