What is The Pylon Square?
The Pylon Square is a premier wellness concierge platform serving as a trusted gateway to Korea’s most reputable medical institutions. We move beyond simple booking; we curate personalized journeys by matching you with verified specialists, ensuring transparency, linguistic precision, and seamless care at every step.
How are hospitals and clinics selected?
The Pylon Square is not an open advertisement platform. Every medical facility undergoes a strict verification process, including:
- Medical license verification
- Facility safety standards
- Experience with international patients
- Language support capabilities
Only clinics and hospitals that meet our standards are listed.
Can I use The Pylon Square if I don't live in Korea?
Absolutely. The Pylon Square serves both:
- Residents in Korea: Easy access to verified medical services
- Medical tourists: Book appointments before your trip and get support throughout your journey
We also provide medical tourism visa invitation letter support.
How does the reservation deposit work?
To ensure fair appointment opportunities for all patients, we require a 6.5 USD reservation deposit before confirming your visit.
Here's how it works:
- Pay the deposit: Submit 6.5 USD when requesting your appointment
- Hospital confirms: The hospital reviews your preferred date and time
- Get confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email once approved
- Visit & pay: At your appointment, pay the treatment fee minus the ₩10,000 deposit
Example: If your treatment costs ₩200,000, you only pay ₩190,000 at the hospital (since you already paid ₩10,000 as deposit).
*If the clinic or hospital does not confirm your appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
For Medical Appointments:
After your appointment is confirmed by the clinic or hospital, refunds will be processed according to the following circumstances.
Full Refund (100%):
- Cancel up to 1 day before your appointment
No Refund:
- Same-day cancellation
- No-show (missing your appointment)
Free Reschedule:
- You can change your appointment date/time on the same day at no charge
- Important: Once your scheduled time has passed, you cannot reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded
For Travel & Tour Products:
Travel products follow a separate refund policy:
Full Refund (100%):
- Cancel 7 days or more before the travel date
50% Refund:
- Cancel 5 days before the travel date
No Refund:
- Cancel 2 days or less before the travel date
- No-show (not arriving at the meeting point on time on the day of departure)
