The Pylon Square is a concierge platform for medical and wellness experiences in Korea — not a retailer of physical goods. No items are packaged, shipped, or tracked through this site.

When you add a program to your cart and complete checkout, you are not purchasing a product for delivery — you are submitting a reservation request. Our concierge team reviews each request individually and confirms it as promptly as possible, generally within 72 hours. Please note that clinic communications may be limited over weekends, which can occasionally affect response times.

Once confirmed, we connect with you directly and in real time to coordinate every detail of your visit. There is no shipping address, carrier, or tracking number involved — your confirmation and next steps are communicated directly through our concierge team.
